Green Earth LLC Ranks No. 145 on the 2011 Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies—the Inc. 500.

NEW YORK, August 23, 2011 -- Inc. magazine today ranked New Jersey based Green Earth LLC, as NO. 145 on its 30th annual Inc. 500, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Founded by Dr. Suresh Kumar, a serial entrepreneur based in New Jersey, Green Earth LLC is a business strategy advisory and services firm that leverages technology to promote sustainable practices among businesses as well as individuals. The Inc 500 list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Microsoft, Zappos, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Zipcar, Clif Bar, Vizio, Oracle, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500.

Commenting on the recognition for Green Earth LLC, Dr Kumar said “This recognition is special as promoting sustainability has always been close to my heart. The fact that we could grow in the midst of the worst economic recession since the great depression, by deploying a lean startup strategy- without any outside capital or bank loans- is a tribute to the spirit of entrepreneurship and the hard work of my small team. Our success proves that opportunities exist even in the worst of conditions. We came across opportunities and leverage our skills, experiences and relationships and exploit them. We are delighted to be on the 2011 INC 500 list”. Dr. Kumar, an immigrant from Indian, who came to the US in 1991, completed his Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership in March 2011. His doctoral study on high growth Indian American immigrant entrepreneurs has been presented at various international academic conferences. His first venture, NexAge Technologies USA is 3 time INC 500/5000 ranked firm (2008-2010).
